RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

We do not offer cash refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the instance of a shipping error, we are happy to offer additional product, or a replacement.

POLICY REGARDING INVOICES / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

 

When ordering product from Truffle Gang LLC, you are bound to our terms and services. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, kindly shop elsewhere.

 

Truffle Gang LLC may issue product for payment due within "X" amount of days.  "X" is to be determined between buyer and Truffle Gang LLC.

 

If payment fails to be received within 30 Days from date of goods delivered, the total amount due will be subject to the following:

 

• $150 minimum late fee depending on total amount due

 

• 10% additional interest accruing weekly each monday

 

• Failure to pay within 45 days from date of delivery will result in legal action and due process of law with the proper authorities.

 

Payments can be made via Wire Transfer, Cryptocurrency, or Cash in person. We do not accept Credit Card payments for fresh truffle. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

FURTHERMORE:

• We will not hesitate, and reserve our right to report fraud, or any other illicit means of misusing our website or misusing our business. 

• All sales are final. In the event of any shipping error or need for a replacement, store credit MAY be issued. We do not offer cash refunds.
